Okay, I'm not an official author -- yet -- but I would like to think I can accomplish something in the way of being represented and/or having a publisher by the end of 2008. Maybe that's too much to hope for in 6 months? Oh, well. If you don't have your dreams, then you have nothing!
When Joya (joyamannan) and I started out with a novel idea, I didn't think she would actually want to write the thing! But we started, eventually finished it, and now we're looking for representation. Wish us luck!
Our novel is titled Blood Moon and it's about a teenage werewolf and vampire that fall in love with each other.

And then there's the personal information. Hopefully, some time soon, I will have a website where I can put this information. Until then!

As you may have noticed, my name is Jennifer. I'm actually just 22 years young. I'm the type of person who would rather be in on a Saturday night, watching a movie on TV or reading a paranormal novel (I'm a sucker for paranormal romance novels) while drinking Coca-Cola. Sometimes I read a novel that's not paranormal. I love novels about Asian culture (examples: Memoirs of A Geisha, Snow Flower and the Secret Fan, etc.).
I am returning to university in September 2008 -- my fourth year of study -- to finish my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree. I took a year off for personal reasons and am excited to return to school. Besides writing the novel, I was very bored during that year!
I watch many movies and TV shows. I am currently into watching Avatar: The Last Airbender, Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends, Doctor Who, Torchwood, Californication, Prison Break, Supernatural, and Psych. There a several cancelled shows I watch(ed) as well: Hex, Angel, Dark Angel, Roswell, and Charmed. I really miss Dark Angel and Roswell. :(
I also listen to a lot of music. :) It'd take me forever to list the bands I listen to, so here's my last.fm page.
My favourite novels include: Twilight, The Morganville Vampires series, the Dark-Hunter novels, the Uglies series, Memoirs of A Geisha, Snow Flower and the Secret Fan, To Kill A Mockingbird, The Night Watch series, and the House of Night novels. The list is ever expanding.
